Shipping Information

We offer the following services in US and Canada through UPS;

           Ground
           Next Day Air
           2nd Day Air
           3 Day Select

Orders received Monday through Friday by 12 PM Eastern time will usually ship the same day. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 12 PM Eastern will usually ship the next business day.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take from 1 to 7 business days for transit. Please see map for transit times to you state.

Please note that UPS does not count the date of shipment as a transit day. For example, if your order is shipped on Monday, the first transit day is Tuesday, not Monday. In addition, transit days do not include Saturday or Sunday, as well as major holidays.

Major Holidays generally include, but are not limited to, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Orders shipped via 3 Day Select will take 3 business days from date of shipment.
 

Like most Internet retailers, Koldkiss charges for shipping. Due to the nature of our items, the shipping cost is based on weight. Our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased.

To calculate shipping charges please follow these instructions.

1. Add your desired items to your cart.

2. After you have item(s) in your cart, click "View cart" under "Your shopping cart" box.

3. Under subtotal, you will notice a link on the left side "Estimate shipping cost".

4. Select this link and enter State and zip code.

5. Various shipping methods will be displayed.

6. Select "Continue shopping" or "Checkout".
