Terms & Conditions

You must contact us before returning any products within 1 week of receipt of your order. No return will be authorized after 1 week. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Equipment must be returned in the original box with the manufacturer seal unbroken. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Once the equipment has been used it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. If the equipment is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please review your warranty and contact the manufacturer to make arrangements for repair or replacement.

All warranties are between the equipment manufacturer and you, the purchaser. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your equipment.

Syrups, concentrates or other products for consumption cannot be returned due to FDA guidelines. If you are not familiar with our syrups and concentrates please order one container before ordering larger quantities. Returns should be shipped to only after contacting Koldkiss and receiving a Return of Goods Authorization number:

Enclose a copy of the original invoice so that we can review a credit for the refund. We suggest shipping your items via UPS so that you can track your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Damaged returns will be refused. Customers must pay return and original shipping costs.
